Lagmay) is conducting a Public Hearing on the 3rd Revision of Schedule of Zonal Valuation, April 26, 2023 Wednesday held at the Mayor’s Hall in the Municipality of Talavera, Nueva Ecija. Present in the public hearing are the members of the Sub-Technical Committee on Real Property Valuation (STCRPV) consisting of OIC-Assistant Regional Director Atty. Marlon M. Mendoza, Assistant Chief, Legal Division Atty. Jerry L. Manalang, OIC-Nueva Ecija Provincial Assessor Atty. Olive Jane S. Manuel-Cornejo, RDO 23A OIC-Assistant Revenue District Officer Kathleen S. Lagmay, Assessment Group Supervisor Doniver A. Soledad, BIR RDO 23A Revenue Officers, the different Municipal and City Assessors of the different municipalities and cities within the jurisdiction of this District Office, competent private appraisers, real estate brokers, and private practitioners.
