Aug. 28 – Sept. 2, 2023 (Filing of Certificate of Candidacy)
Aug. 28 – Nov. 14, 2023 (Election Period, Gun Ban)
Aug. 28 – Oct. 18, 2023 (Campaigning is Prohibited)
Oct. 19 – 28, 2023 (Campaign Period)
Oct. 29 – 30, 2023 (Campaigning is Prohibited, Liquor Ban)
Oct. 30, 2023 (Election Day: Voting Hours 7:00AM to 3:00PM)
Nov. 29, 2023 (Last Day to File Statement of Contributions and Expenditures [SOCE])

1. Construction or Maintenance of Barangay-funded Roads and Bridges.
2. Construction or Maintenance of Public works, Delivery of Materials for Public works, and Issuance of treasury warrants and Similar devices.
3. Appointment of hiring of new employees, Creation of new position, Promotion, Giving salary increases, Remuneration or Privileges.

Oct. 20, 2023 (Friday) to Oct. 30, 2023 (Monday)
1. Appointing or using special policemen, Special/Confidential agents or the like.
2. Using armored land, Water or Aircraft.
3. Policemen and Provincial guards acting as Bodyguards or Public officials or Candidates.
(Note: Prohibited on the day before and on Election day)
Eve of Election day October 29, 2023 (Sunday)
1. Campaigning is prohibited
2. Liquor ban: Selling, Furnishing, Offering, Buying, Serving or Taking intoxicating liquor etc.
3. Giving, Accepting free transportation, Food, Drinks and things of value.
(Note: Acts mentioned are prohibited until Election day)
Election day October 30, 2023 (Monday)
1. Campaigning is prohibited
2. Using the voters affidavit of another for the purpose of voting, whether or not he actually succeeds in voting.
3. Destroying, Substituting, or taking away from the possession of those having legal custody thereof, or from the place where they are legally deposited, any Election form or Document or Ballot box which contains official ballots or other documents used in the election.
4. Voting more than once or in substitution of another.
5. Soliciting votes or undertaking any propaganda for or against any candidate within the polling place or within 30 meters thereof.
6. Opening of booths or stalls for the sale, etc. of wares, merchandise or refreshments within 30 radius from the polling place.
7. Giving, accepting, free transportation, food, drinks and things of value.
8. Holding of fairs, cockfights, boxing, horse races or similar sports.
