HOW TO SECURE BUSINESS PERMIT FOR NEW AND RENEWAL?

A business permit for new applications and renewal can be secured thru a systematic and convenient way by means of BUSINESS ONE STOP SHOP that integrates all the departments concerned in the issuance of permit. Conveniently located at the Ground Floor of the Municipal Compound with courteous and accommodating employees from Monday to Friday, 8:00 in the morning until 5:00 in the afternoon without lunch break. WHO MAY GET A PERMIT?

  • A person who intend to do business within the municipality must get a permit and secure business license before its operation
  • Certain individual who will work within the municipality can get Occupational Permit
  • Operate of Tricycle can get Franchise/Permit

REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW BUSINESS

  1. Barangay Clearance/Permit
  2. DTI/SEC Registration
  3. Zoning Clearance/Occupancy Permit
  4. Fire Inspection Certificate
  5. Picture of Owner
  6. Others (depending on nature of business)
  7. Lessor’s Business Permit (if renting)
  8. If by representative, Written authorization and ID of Owner/President
  9. National mandatory requirements

REQUIREMENTS FOR RENEWAL

  1. Previous years Mayor’s Permit
  2. Barangay Clearance
  3. Financial statement
  4. Lessor’s Business permit (if renting)
  5. If by representative, written authorization and ID of owner/president
  6. National Mandatory requirements

PROCEDURE IN GETTING BUSINESS/MAYOR’S PERMIT

  1. Secure and fill up application form then submit in together with all the requirements and supporting documents at the Business One Stop Shop (BPLO Staff) for evaluation, assessment and billing;
  2. Proceed to Treasury for payment
  3. Preparation of Permit for Approval
  4. Releasing of the Permit

RETIREMENT OF BUSINESS

  • All applications for retirement must be filed within 20 days after the operation of business has ceased or stopped together with the following requirements:
    1. Latest Business Permit
    2. Official Receipt representing payment
    3. Community Tax Certification
    4. Financial Statement
    5. Certification from Barangay Chairman (closure of business)
    6. If by representative, written authorization signed by the owner or president
    7. Others (deemed necessary)

REQUIREMENTS IN SECURING OCCUPATIONAL PERMIT

  • Individual who wish to exercise his trade of profession within the Municipality of Talavera must secure occupational/working permit, submit the following requirements and pay the corresponding fees thereof;
    1. Barangay Clearance
    2. Health Certificate
    3. Community Tax Certificate

REQUIREMENTS IN SECURING FRANCHISE (MTOP)

  1. Barangay Clearance
  2. Official Receipt/Certification of Registration
  3. Picture
  4. Certification from TODA President
  5. Community Tax Certification/CEDULA
SPECIAL PERMIT is also given in a case to case basis.
