The Municipality of Talavera thru Hon. Nerivi Santos Martinez funded and implemented the Gulayan sa Barangay, Bakuran and Paaralan involving all barangays, schools, associations, non-government organizations and the community. as a whole as per Sangguniang Bayan Resolution No. 030-2016 directing the establishment of Nurseries, gardens in all barangays and massive clean – up and greening by planting vegetables, fruit trees in all idle lands and backyards.
