Alexie Desamito, Cabanatuan LTO Victorino Santos, Cabanatuan LTO Ferdinand Ison, HiwayPatrol Group Pablo Quejada , Philippine Anti Crime Group Romeo Linsangan at Freration of Tricycle Drivers and Operators Association President Saturnino Espiritu Jr. Ito ay upang talakayin ang mga batas na pumapaloob patungkol sa mga tricycle, road clearing at alternatibong daan ng mga tricycle.
