Bilang bahagi ng “Serbisyo Diretso sa Tao Program” ni Mayor JR Santos at Vice Mayor Nerivi S. Martinez, may kabuuang 600 na benepisyaryo mula sa 38 na barangay ng Talavera ang dumalo sa isinagawang tulong sa pamamagitan ng DOLE-Tupad Program 2023.
Kasamang dumalo sina Chairman on Committee and Labor and Employment, Konsehal Rai Rai Villanueva, Konsehal “Ape” Reyes, Konsehal Erwin Chioco, Provincial Director ng DOLE Nueva Ecija Maylene Evangelista, Dr. Jose “Pepe” Emana at ilang representative ng PESO office.
